Basic Fee Schedule for Payment at Time of Service Patients:

• Established Patient Office Visit: $75.00

Insurance For Chiropractic Services:

Missed Appointments Policy

A $75 missed an appointment fee for anyone who does not provide us with 24 notice that they wish to cancel their appointment.
